How it works: a Claude Cowork scheduled task searches listing sites daily for housing in Ogden, South Ogden, Roy, North Ogden, and West Haven. Findings are merged into a cumulative JSON catalogue that tracks first-seen date, price changes, and disappearances — one file for rentals, one for for-sale homes. This page fetches them at load time and renders everything client-side. Nothing is sent anywhere.
This is what personal automation looks like. A scheduled Claude task + a static page + a JSON file = a living tool that gets smarter every day. No backend, no database, no login.
